Standard International shipping takes anywhere between 7-31 days to arrive. (Shipped from the UK)

We now offer TRACKED shipping, so choose this option at checkout if you want a tracking number & live updates of your order.

Don’t worry! Once we have sent off your order, you will receive an email informing you that your item has been ‘shipped’. We offer tracked shipping, so if you would like to receive updates on the status of your order select that option at checkout. If it has taken longer than the standard shipping time to arrive (see above) please contact our team.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange. This is because each product is made-to-order, which means it is made specifically for you, once you've placed your order. However, if there is a fault on our end (e.g we sent the wrong size, there's a defect in the design etc) we will happily sort this issue out for you. I'm afraid that due to the new GPSR regulations as of the 13th December 2024, I have had to stop shipping to the EU & NI. The new requirements that have been implemented work out to be too expensive, therefore forcing me to stop sending parcels into Europe. This is such a shame as I know that so many of you are from these places. I am really hoping that this issue gets sorted really soon and that I can open my shop to all of you again!
